Summer AAU Evolution Basketball
The AAU Evolution Basketball Summer Program exposes at athletes to high-level training from experienced, dedicated coaches. Athletes are sure to improve their skills and basketball I.Q. during training sessions focused on the fundamentals and details needed to become a great basketball player by reinforcing perfect execution and technique as well as discipline, hard work, and mental strength and toughness.
Players will learn basic principles of sport psychology to better understand how to prepare and challenge themselves to achieve success and overcome obstacles and adversity. Teams will compete against tough competition during the spring and summer months in Montreal, Toronto and other Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) tournaments in the United States. Tournaments are carefully selected each year to ensure players face top competition and maximize exposure to university and college scouts for scholarship opportunities.
