Family Culture
The Evo Culture focuses on preparation and the daily process and sacrifices needed to become a great athlete and basketball player. The lessons learned during our training programs will lead to success on and off the court. By focusing on the process and the details of every aspects of the game, players will see results by learning how to set goals, work hard, and push their limits in a winning culture.
Evolution Basketball was founded in 2015 to ensure bilingual programs are available to young players in Ottawa. We focus on the development of technical skills for players of all ages and skill levels. Our various programs teach the basics and fundamentals of basketball using techniques adapted to the needs and abilities of each player.
The Evo Family extends beyond the basketball court. Our coaches are dedicated to help each player reach their short term and long term goals by providing honest advice, guidance, and life lessons to help them achieve their objectives. Leadership, confidence, positive energy, preparation, responsibility, accountability, hard work, perseverance, respect and a never quit attitude is what we preach on a daily basis.

We are proud to be in a position to be able to contribute to the success of athletes that have made the choice to be part of the Evo Family, and we continue to support all of the players that have allowed us the opportunity to be a part of their basketball journey.
Mission
Help grow the game of basketball in the National Capital Region by providing quality development and competitive programs where athletes reach their full potential and have access to a platform to showcase their talents in various tournaments.
Promote the game of basketball in French schools and in the Franco Ontarian community by providing quality coaching and mentoring in the official language of the players’ choice.
Instill good values and morals in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment that promotes individual growth as well as good habits and principles that can be implemented on the court, in the classroom, and in everyday life.
